I'm Emilie from Norway, and my hubby Josh is from Germany. Our love story started in 2012 when fate kept bringing us close, but we finally met in college. Fast forward to 2018, and we took a leap, buying Carthay Caf� and diving into the coffee biz. The pandemic hit hard, but we hustled and connected with our community, rebranding as Stella Coffee with killer lattes and warm vibes. With our awesome team, we're all about serving up delicious coffee and bites while living our passion for life and entrepreneurship.
