Does Esbern offer protection?

We strongly oppose any sort of transaction taken outside of the platform as it would breach terms of service as well as void any sort of protection we offer. Esbern offers protection against theft of products as well as equipment. We would pursuit legal action against any party whom is engaged in any sort of malicious activities. What does Esbern do?

Esbern is a platform where partnerships between merchants and small businesses take place, we facilitate the process of payment, shipment, display units, POS system, forwarding of sales, marketing channels, protection against theft (see terms), 24/7 support, a well as a intuitive dashboard to track sales and inventory.

What type of display units does Esbern provide?

Esbern will provide any sort of displaying unit to the partnering local small business if they don't already have any. Esbern offers the following display units for the merchants and local business partners within the platform: Shelves, Display Racks, wall-mounted shelves, Free-standing shelves, bins, baskets, floor display, and tables. Marketing material (Banners, stickers & logo) would have to be purchases separately.  

What if the display unit that I need is not provided by Esbern?

Esbern only provides the standard displaying units, if you're in need of other sort of displaying units such as refrigerators, countertop displaying  units, temperature controlling etc... you would need to provide it to the local small business upfront through Esbern. As we offer protection against theft & damages (see terms). If you decide to discontinue the partnership, you will retain possession of your equipment. This applies to any sort of equipment provided to the local small businesses, please note that protection from Esbern only applies to those partnerships that processed payments of sales & rent through esbern.com  

How are my sales forwarded from my products?

Esbern offers inventory tracking through our POS system or the already existing system of the local small businesses for real time tracking & low stock notifications, we also do in-person inventory checks upon request. Sales from your products will be collected from the local small business & remitted into your account.

How would the local small businesses receive my products?

Once agreements have been setup, you would be responsible for shipping the products directly to your partnering small business along with any marketing banners. If needed, Esbern provides discounted shipping rates.

What type of display units does Esbern provide?

Esbern will only provide displaying units to partnerships conducted entirely thru esbern.com (payments & systems). Display units are provided to those businesses whom do not possess the necessary units to accommodate the partners. Display units are at all times owned by Esbern, we have the right to retake possession upon partnership termination. Esbern offers the following display units upon request: Shelves, Display Racks, wall-mounted shelves, Free-standing shelves, bins, baskets, floor display, and tables. Merchants can also provide their display units if we do not have any in stock.  

What if the display unit that I need is not provided by Esbern?
